| | Hi there, I am hunting a strange issue in my local network. I stumbled over the following message under “trusted apps” in eBlocker: “System updates have not been applied to some exception lists due to custom modifications. Please reset those exception lists to get the latest updates. You may make a copy of your changes to apply them again if required.” I do not exactly understand what that means. Does it mean I shall remove all the manual entries to the trusted app list? If so, how do I backup and restore them automatically? What is meant by system update ... |

| | On my iPhone I use Safari or DuckDuckgo for Internet search. Since 8 weeks the search reacts with "... Server not found...". When iPhone was deactivated on dashbord the search could happen. Configuration profile was added. Certificate was activated. No change in behavior. HTTPS was also activated in eBlocker, no change. EBlocker is attached to a Fritz Box 7590. |

| | Hi everybody My internet radios have stopped working suddenly. In hindsight, I can no longer tell if it appeared after an eBlocker update. I cross-checked it with a Windows 11 notebook, and a ping to an external DNS server no longer works when Tor is enabled. Under device anonymization, the Tor network is shown as connected. The diagnoses of the eBlocker Doctor does not show anything regarding this issue. Any suggestions on how I should proceed? |

| | Hi there, I observed a strange behavior on a website when I entered my credentials ( Login using the correct credentials (store in PW-manager) failed when eBlocker was turned on for that site. When pausing eBlocker, login was successful. Obviously, workaround was to whitelist the site in eBlocker. Anyway, it took a while for me to think that having eBlocker turned on could be the cause for failing (I actually first thought that the PW-manager contained the wrong PW). Do you know about such websites? This is quite rare, but it is annoying when it happen ... |

| | Hello eBlocker team, since some time YouTube videos stop playing after 15-30 seconds. ublock filter are activated. No other blocking device is activated. All safari privacy options are deactivated. Same behavior I have on all my devices (apple and win). Youtube is not activated as trusted app. Appreciate your support. THX |

| | Is there a tried & tested setting for enabebling a reliable but as well data-saving usage of iOS apps for the content of Madsack group newspapers, e.g. Leipziger Volkszeitung or Hannoversche Allgemeine Zeitung? When one tries to configure such a setting by trial & error using the "manual diagnosis" function, one have to deal with appr. 40 providers. At least for me it is confusing, which of these providers are mandatory and which not. |
