| All mobile connections stopped working | Relevance | 5 Jahren ago | JanHasFun | Bugs & Issues |
| | Dear forum, I installed my eBlocker 1 week ago and was awesomely surprised how easy the installation was. Good work! Everything was even fine so far until yesterday. Since yesterday all my mobile devices (iPad + Android devices) in my network stopped reaching the internet. They were completely blocked. Neither internet pages in the browser nor mobile apps (such as Slack) were online. When I deactivate eblocker for those devices everything is back to normal, but unfortunately without eblocker protection. I tried all of what is described in this article: ... |

| | Understood that, if ‘eBlocker Mobile’ is installed on an iPad, you can use that VPN-connection to safely access devices in the the home LAN trough that same connection when away from home. If correct, would somebody be kind enough to tell me how? Rob |
| Passepartout VPN client & eBlocker Mobile issue | Relevance | 5 Jahren ago | Kalle | Bugs & Issues |
| | Hello, thank you for the new eblocker version. It works smooth. After the first tests i have found a problem with eblocker mobile for my personal setup. I am using the passepartout openvpn client for ios. This client allows to define trusted networks. That means the vpn connection starts as soon as i leave my home or work wifi. With the actual eblocker version there is no vpn connection with passepartout possible, because eblocker uses compression (see screenshots). According to the developers VPN Compression is a security risk and should not be enabled. ... |

| eBlocker disappeared | Relevance | 5 Jahren ago | Anonymous | Bugs & Issues |
| | Checked White Cube with eOS 2.5.8 for update manually last night around 23:00 h. Since then, my eBlocker disappeared and can’t be found by eBlocker-apps both on my iMac and on my iPad. The app on my iPad shows the address 192.168.1.2, but this can’t be changed manually. On the iMac, the address can be changed to 192.168.178.2, but than the app informs me that no eBlocker can be found on this address. My FRITZ!Box is set to always assign the same IPv4-address 192.168.178.2. IPv6 is disabled in the router. iPadOS 14.4.1; macOS 11.2.3 As i don’t know wha ... |

| Sonos / Spotify-Service Not Accessibility when Eblocker is active | Relevance | 5 Jahren ago | OliverL | Bugs & Issues |
| | Hi, just yesterday I updated my Eblocker (white cube) from 1.7.6 (bought 2017) to the current version without any problems. Everything works fine so far, the only problem I encountered is that on my iPhone and iPad my Sonos S1 app fails to search Spotify or other services. As soon as I disable the Eblocker for the iPhone/iPad I’m able to search Spotify and other services from inside the Sonos app again. Is this a know problem? Are there any hints how to keep Eblocker enabled and still be able to use Sonos/Spotify? P.S. the Spotify app itself works fine even ... |
