| | On my iPhone I use Safari or DuckDuckgo for Internet search. Since 8 weeks the search reacts with "... Server not found...". When iPhone was deactivated on dashbord the search could happen. Configuration profile was added. Certificate was activated. No change in behavior. HTTPS was also activated in eBlocker, no change. EBlocker is attached to a Fritz Box 7590. |

| | Is there a tried & tested setting for enabebling a reliable but as well data-saving usage of iOS apps for the content of Madsack group newspapers, e.g. Leipziger Volkszeitung or Hannoversche Allgemeine Zeitung? When one tries to configure such a setting by trial & error using the "manual diagnosis" function, one have to deal with appr. 40 providers. At least for me it is confusing, which of these providers are mandatory and which not. |

| | Hello and good evening, unfortunately the workaround does not work here. The login page still comes up, along with a warning. Now I can't open any websites at all. I always get a malware message. I have tested all suggestions. The behavior can be observed on an Iphone 12, an Iphone 13, an Ipad Pro and a Macbook Pro. | | Hello eBlocker Team, right after the iOS update to 18.4, WLAN connectivity is not possible, since Apple captive is popping up and does not allow me for further actions. Apple captive never showed up so far. Only disabling eBlocker, reseting the of the network settings on the iOS device and reconnecting to the WLAN without eBlocker lead back to WLAN functionality. I have added the domain as a trusted website in eBlockers HTTPS settings. But the issue is remaining. But when I pause eBlocker the website is being loaded. What hinders the browser on loading the website when eBlocker is active? |

| | When i try to read the Reuters-app on my iPad, i get the following screen Attachment : IMG_0067.png Without eBlocker or when eBlocker is paused, the app works OK After allowing all blocked addresses in the Personal Firewall (Dashboard), i still get the message shown. When Recording Manually (Settings/HTTPS) and after i got that same message and stopped the recording, there is no result at all. Every possible checkmark that can be green IS green. Anybody some good ideas? |

| | Hi everybody, When i include the adres 'star.c10r.facebook.com' (and its siblings 'star-mini.c10r.facebook.com' and 'star.fallback.c10r.facebook.com') in 'Dashboard/Block Domains', these addresses are blocked as intended on the device concerned. I tried several methods (URL List / easylist), (Maintain own list / Provide download URL) to include these addresses in 'Settings/Blocker/Pattern Tracker Blocker', but i didn't manage to get eBlocker to block these addresses in this way.
