Hi.

Eblocker works with Ad-player in Twitch? I did the configuration and I see that it still displays ads in Twitch lives. I'm also using eBlocker as my dhcp server.

thanks.

@thezilione Technically eBlocker can also block ads on Switch. But I fear so far there are no specific blocker lists to take care of Switch ads.

If you have some technical background you can add twitch specific block list yourself - or maybe there are already block lists out there?

Unfortunately, I don't own a Switch can't help personally - unless someone gifts me a Switch. 😉

THX!

Ublock uses this rule and they say it works. Is it possible to test on eBlocker?

twitch.tv##+js(twitch-videoad)

Twitch is an streaming 'zone' from Amazon. It has a lot of ads. It's even worse than YouTube. But I don't know if it works on livestream.

@thezilione sorry, but currently it is not possible to add your own filter rules to the Video Ads & Content Blocker. And the other pattern blockers (Ads, Trackers, Malware) would just ignore the above Twitch rule.

Another issue is that we use older uBlock filter lists. There is a technical reason for that: the scriptlets that uBlock currently uses are not compatible with our code on the eBlocker any more. We first have to adapt the scriptlet handling in eBlocker's code base.
