Hi, I want to change my email address of my initial registration, because it is excessively spammed. The Help page of eBlocker told me to post the original address, the serial number and the current licence in the forum to get help about it

@gerhard First of all I've moved your question to a new post and removed your personal email address as this is a public forum. BTW: You've accidentally posted to the announcements forum which is reserved to project maintainers.
To answer your question: You can always register your eBlocker anew - using a new email address - with the open source license key "FAMLFT-OPENSOURCE". Just hit "Activate new license" under Settings>License & Updates.
BUT I fear you have a very old eBlockerOS version <2.5 that might be causing trouble as it's not longer supported. Also your old eBlocker Family license is no longer valid. Please note that since 2020 eBlocker is not a commercial startup anymore but a non-profit open source project run by volunteers only.
If I were you I'd upgrade the eBlocker to the open source version (2.10 is the latest). Here is a brief summary how to: https://eblocker.org/box
To get daily updates and the same support like with the commercial license we ask for a small donation to our non-profit project. This will give you an individual license key for registration - but of course you can also manually update using the open source license key I've stated above.

Hi, I am a registered user with a valid subscription for daily updates. My OS is currently 2.10.3. As I wrote in my mail, I have to delete my spammed current mail address which is connected with my eBlocker registration. So if I reset the white cube and register it anew with my new mail address will I lose my current subscribtion?

Btw, I posted to the „wrong“ place, because I was routed to it by this forum. I searched for my problem, did not find anything and was sent to a page with something like „RE:You have read..“ I cannot remember the exact wording but it was the topic line of my first post. And at the end of that page there was the form I posted my question. So a little bit confusing for a newcomer, sorry. Maybe you check that.
@gerhard You can also use your donor key with Activate New License and a different email address on your eBlocker. No problem 👍

hopefully you can help. Tried to change my Email address, which is working in general. But I can go only with the standard license key, my personal key (for daily updates) from the Email (is that really a license key) is not working.
Would say with the change I will deactivate the automatic daily updates.
