Hello,

Could I use eBlocker mobile (openvpn server) as normal VPN connection to my internal network or only to use the eblocker functionality ?

YES,

I use the VPN for accessing my internal network for services like Nextcloud, IP-Cam, IPSymcon with IPhone and Notebook.

It works great 😀

Under "Mobile" you must allow the access for the internal network.

If you have questions ask....
