I wanted to donate today but got error messages.
With Credit Card: See attached pic. Happened all the time not only once.
When I wanted to use IBAN I got an error that I cannot donate 0€. I selected more than 0€ .
I do not have paypal. What can I do?

@taipan We received more than 100 donations yesterday via ALL payment providers (IBAN, CC, Paypal, ApplePay). So it must be a particular issue with your setup I‘m eager to learn about. Please post more details...
You might be using additional blockers / VPN or other mal-configured components, you might want to disable before next try.

@taipan Screenshot shows you are probably blocking „stripe.com“ scripts. Disable this and it should be fine. You might want to clear browser cache next trial too.

@random CC didn’t work all the time on eblocker but on any other transfers I did recently. I attach the picture from that to my first post. If you got 100 donations yesterday, then I can save mine 😀
Just kidding. I figured out the problem with the IBAN.
When I enter a value and then click on donate, it opens a new page where I can choose CC, IBAN and paypal. I chose CC, then got the above mentioned error, tapped on iBAN, entered all again, and then got the error message with the 0€. Then I went back to the main page, entered a value, went to the new page again, chose IBAN, entered all again and then it worked. So it seems when you switch from CC to IBAN the selected value in the page before is not kept.
Nothing in my setup is mal-configured 😉 😉
I use ProtonVPN and Firefox Focus (Klar).
