Hello,
I am planning two things that both run on a Raspberry Pi:
- eBlocker
- Home automation with HomeAssistant.io or OpenHAB (both open source as well) [3]
Since the SD cards are relatively large and I basically don't want to have more devices powered than necessary, I'm wondering whether both can run on the same Pi.
I suspect that - if - the home automation would have to be installed on the eBlocker Pi and not the other way around.
HomeAssistant.io runs on Home Assistant OS and Debian 12. [1]
OpenHAB runs on openHABian or any Debian-based system. [2]
Is that technically impossible? Or should I dare to follow this lead further?
Best regards
