iPad 5th Gen. iPadOS 14.2,
eBlocker-App version 1.0.3
After opening Dashboard with eBlocker-App, trying to open Settings with icon in the upper-right corner doesn’t work (anymore), although it shows “Open Settings”.

Have you "killed" the app and tried again? I wonder since there were no changes at all to this part of the interface or such (see Release Notes...)
BTW: The eBlocker App is considered for new users to discover the eBlocker for the first time. After this you are invited to use a bookmark to eBlocker's settings and dashboard in the browser of your choice...
