Hi,

I use a eblocker ver. 2.4.5 with a BPi.

Sometimes the system stops working and blocks the entire traffic on my network.

I tried to produce a diagnostic report. The eblocker works after pressing the button and a file is downloaded.

The size of the blocker-diagnostics-report.tgz is only 0 bytes.

What could be the reason and how can I try to fix it?

Keep well and fit

Andreas

My eBlocker on an old Pi2 with non standard power supply and usb cable has some undervoltage issues and stops responding. When I unplug power and replug it, I can then create a diagnostic report.

Can you unplug and replug power and then try to create a diag report?

regards
Sven

I changed the original power supply, which came with the white cube eblocker, to a brand new power supply with 3A.

Same problem.

@andreas-vieringme-com We have a few users reporting sporadic issues with their installs too. It would be great if you could send a diag report to support (at) eBlocker.org - especially after the problem occured.

THX very much!

Hi Random,

I would if I could, the diagnostic report is empty as I mentioned above.
