I love your product and it's features. After trying the 'competition', just decided to help it out and make a donation.
Just made the payment a few minutes ago, but I'm a bit confused because I'm not sure about what I'm looking for in the mails for activating the license.
Can you please guide me a bit ?

Please follow the instructions you've received by email (which includes the donor license key and confirms your donation). Maybe check your SPAM folder. This email is the single source for happiness 😉

That's the thing, I didn't got that email with the license...just with the payment info. Also nothing in SPAM, ofcourse 🙂
@phil_void The confirmation email was sent to your eblocker@... address. Maybe this email address was not setup properly?

That's odd. All other emails ( notifications from Forum, Account activation, Proof of payment ) came in the very first moment I've pushed a button.

@phil_void Well, it's the same email infrastructure for all emails - and we have sent thousands of (confirmation) emails successfully. No idea what‘s going on 🤔

I have donated last friday and i`m still waiting for an answer for activation of the automaticly actuallisation
@wsch , did you tried to reach support team 'till now ? the " internet lag" that I've had ( email arrived a bit later...exactly 25 minutes later ) my eagerness about my licence got resolved by this awesome support team eBlocker that has it.
To be honest, I wasn't sure about about the format of the licence key would be. I would guess that should be in the invoce or something, but it's in a separat e-mail with 100% clear how-to text.
My guess is that your case is exactly like mine that you have donate previously making an account. That lead me to that "Internet Lag".
Please ask support team to help and they will resend you ( as they've sent me ) the original email with the license key.

@wsch I found the error: You‘ve made a typo in your email address („e“ is missing). Unfortunately I can not correct this as you‘ve added a user account with the correct email address - which now collides. ☹️
Nevertheless I‘ll try to send the confirmation manually somehow. This might take a while as I‘m on duty (with my real job) most of the day. Please stay patient. I get you covered somehow… 😉
