Please try to kill the app (click iPad button twice, swipe eBlocker app to top) and try anew.
If you can reproduce the issue for sure, please state iOS version and how to reproduce.
Remark: It would be great if you could use descriptive titles. Try to use words other people would use as search term who are experiencing the same issue. ("2eblocker" might not be helpful for others... so I've changed it again...). Please check the README FIRST again: it's all written there...

Choosing ‘Se...ngs’ or ‘Das...ord’ is another way to remove the double screen, but 9 out of 10 (?) times i open the app, the screen is normal. I have no clue as why or under which circumstances the double screen appears.

I really appreciate your input but please understand that no one will work on a fix if basic infos are neglected constantly. If you can‘t reproduce the issue and ignore the questions, I fear we can not help fixing it 🤔
