Hi

i have an issue where if I want to access my work emails on my phone that’s uses certificate based authentication it won’t work if I have HTTPS enabled.

is there any way to have my Apple device pass through its certificate and it gets validated by the server?

Client OS
Browser
eBlocker hardware
Client OS version
eBlockerOS version

@deepunder To disable eBlocker for a certain connection, you can add the connection domain to the HTTPS exemption list.

So if you connect to <myworkdomain.com> (that uses certificate authentication) just add that domain i.e. under Settings>HTTPS>Trusted Websites.

If there are a couple of these domains you could also define a Trusted App, say "MyWork" and add all work domains. This makes it easier to en- or disable a bunch of domains at once (as a Trusted App).

Hope this helps.

THX!
