Hello,

I had the same issue at 2.4.5

No Result in HTTPs diagrostic. I have this problem on diverent Android devices.

How can I find/Solve the problem ?

Thx

hi guny74,

please test the following:

1. enable eBlocker for that device

2. go to the device and disable HTTPS explicit for this

or

3. under the register "Blocker" for this device set explicit to "Domain Blocker"

Please let me the result know ... 🤨

@pio78  Hello,

1. Disable HTTPs solves the problem, but this is a very important feature.

2. Changing to Domain Blocker does not solve the problem.

I found (on device level) to activate HTTPs Error analysis and found that blocking 2 cloudfront.net host seams to cause the problem. (Temp) allow "cloudfront.net" in trusted websites solves the problem.

But I read that cloudfront (CDN) will be also used by maleware and so on....

yea thats one problem on  the internet, websites and apps.

The big CDN's (content delivery network) are used by a lot of services.

So you must find the balance between privacy, security and functionality 🧐

Hello,

the problem persists to this day.

My wife has been giving me nasty looks for days because the Amazon app kept not working.

So is then via mobile data to the Internet and had to shop so.

Even the Auto Trust function does not accept the Amazon app.

Through the tip with Cloudfront I found the solution.

It shows up in HTTPS connection error as Ubisoft Uplay.

I had already wondered.

Maybe it helps someone currently.

Many greetingsy
