Feature request: eBlocker acts as WiFi AP

I haven't figured that out completely, but I am quite sure that the eBlocker on an Banana Pi M2+ or Raspberry PI 3 board could act as an WIFI access point. Some ISPs demand extra charges for WIFI access to its routers, also, some WIFI on routers function quite badly. In addition, the eBlocker could act as repeater as well (?) for a better wireless covering.

Unfortunately WiFi on Rasberry/Banana is not very powerful. Of course this is an alternative if WiFi is not too polluted by other routers. I fear it's not sufficient to "win the bandwidth fight" in multi-apartment houses and in spread out networks.
