Advertisements displayed despite flawless functionality

Dear community, may I ask for your advice? eBlocker works reliably in my home and the tracking protection is effective. In particular, advertisements are reliably hidden when surfing on Linux PCs and MacOS devices. However, there is one persistent issue. I have noticed this on my iPhone when using Safari: when I visit the website n-tv.de, an advertisement appears at the top of the screen (see screenshot). What can I do to prevent this from happening?
