[Solved] eBlocker Mobile APP & Open VPN

Hello Support Team
I have not been able to make an Open VPN connection for a few days (weeks). I have installed the app Open VPN on my IPhone and IPad and that had been working for months now without any problems. I have not made any changes to the firewall or eBlocker in the last few months. Everything already restarted several times . I have already deleted and recreated the configuration several times without success. Unfortunately no one in the German forum could help me either. I get on the app for Windows an error message in the log. Thanks Pit

@pidiboy1 Thanks for sharing the screenshot. Unfortunately it does not show any errors (just messages of deprecated ciphers, you can ignore). Could you please upload the complete logfile here.

To get to the logfile for the last connection, please open the iOS OpenVPN app. First click in the upper right corner on the paper-scroll icon. There click the circled cross to empty the log. Then try connecting again. Afterwards click on the paper-scroll and share full log here (upload as .txt).

Even without checking the log I would suspect your DynDNS might be the cause of trouble as eBlocker Mobile generally works well. Can you ping your DynDNS address at all? (We will see this in the log in case you don‘t know the answer.)

Last: It‘s not a good idea to truncate/obfuscate IPs/domains or other info in the log as this is counter productive for error analysis.

Hi

Thanks for your feedback, I wrote an email to dyndns as my other dyndns services were all ok. Dyndns analyzed my case and found out that the port on the dyndns.com site was blocked. Now the vpn is working again.
