Hi everyone,
I recently received a traffic ticket in New Jersey and was directed to pay it online via NJMCDirect. While the platform seems convenient, Iam concerned about the privacy of my personal and payment information.
Does anyone know if platforms like NJMCDirect are secure and protect user data? Would using a tool like eBlocker add an extra layer of privacy for such transactions? I would appreciate any advice or similar experiences!
This keeps the post relevant to eBlocker’s focus while discussing NJMCDirect.
@romillyrom eBlocker blocks trackers and ads trying to build cross-website user profiles. It does not interfere with data the eBlocker user enters, say in web forms (like payment details).
To sum up: the security of your willingly entered data is not being increased by using eBlockerOS but in case NJMCdirect uses third party trackers on their site, these trackers don't get any info about you.
While I see your point discussing the security of a particular service, this forum might not be the best place as we focus on giving support for eBlockerOS users only.
THX!
