Just curiosity…

What is ‘ads.domainblockercheck.eblocker.org’ and why is it blocked?

If you run an eBlocker Function Test from the dashboard, your eBlocker checks if the blocking works (among other tests).

Instead of connecting to a real tracker or ad network (which of course would be a bad idea) it connects to several eBlocker (sub)domains to perform the blocking tests. Among them ads.domainblockercheck… (btw. the domainname indicates this 😉).

The status „blocked“ means your eBlocker is working properly, as the domain was blocked.

If you are interested how serious we take (and your eBlocker takes) your privacy, you might find this helpful: https://eblocker.org/en/magazine/privacy-and-data-usage-at-eblocker-devices/
