Presentation at the re:publica 2018

What about the Internet browsing myths of deleting cookies , incognito mode, Tor and VPN and what rights does every user have with the new ePrivacy and GDPR?

We discussed these questions in front of an international audience at the 12th re:publica in Berlin. Focusing on the planned eprivacy regulation which is currently worrying the entire industry, Christian Bennefeld explained what really helps protect against unwanted profiling. He covered the topic of why cookies only play a minor role in tracking, how users are really tracked today and why anonymization of traded data is no longer sufficient.

What danger does this mean for anyone surfing the Internet?
