I do not know if it is a real issue.
If I press this button for more than one new/edited app, I only get once a feedback email:
Do the eBlocker team get every app suggestion or only this with the email feedback?
It seems to make a difference in which time span I click the button and send the email.

@jogi I'm not sure if I understand the question.
To clarify: Once you hit the "Share App via E-Mail" you emailer opens. Then you need to send the email (using your emailer). We only get the app info if you hit the send button.
You can repeat the process as many times as you want. But keep in mind: we are humans reading every email, not robots 😉

Yes, but if I try to send more than one new/edited app this way I have to wait (30 minutes?) between two emails. Otherwise I only get the automatic email feedback for the first reported app and not for app 2, 3, 4 and so on. So I am not sure if all the feedback reaches you.
@jogi 🤔 No wait time for me on Windows 11 - I'm not sure if I can follow.
I can click as many user defined apps and hit the "Share App via E-Mail as I feel like. For every click it opens an email with the prepared text for you (the sender) to review.
Of course the email only gets send when you click send in your emailer. And yes: For every app, there is one email to be sent.

I think there is a missunderstanding.
I click "Share App via E-Mail" for the first app I wanna share -> a new window opens (in my case Thunderbird) -> I click "Send", to send this prepared email to the eBlocker Team -> within a few seconds I get an automatic reply "Re: appfeedback Suggestion for new app: 123" or "Re: appfeedback Suggestion for existing app: 456" -> If I click now "Share App via E-Mail" for the second app I wanna share > a new window opens (in my case again Thunderbird) -> I click "Send", to send this prepared email to the eBlocker Team -> but now I do not get an automatic reply via email.
So I am not sure, if you receive my second, third, forth...suggestion. Only in case I wait a timespan (of 30 minutes?) between two suggestions over "Share App via E-Mail" I get again an automatic reply via email.

Aha! That's the part I was missing above. It's about the auto reply email 💡
All I can say is that we receive Trusted App recommendations quite often - and often many apps at once from the same person.
Thus, I fear the "issue" is rather your emailer sorting the other auto reply emails to SPAM - maybe due to some "intelligence" checking if the same response was seen earlier.
So if I were you I'd check your SPAM folder and/or email provider for the missing emails.
On our side I don't see any issues. We receive all App suggestions and I see no reason why the auto-reply would not fire. But I'll pass this on for double checking as handling App suggestions is not my duty.

We've discussed your issue briefly in yesterday's supporter meeting.
Conclusion: There is no problem receiving Trusted App suggestions.
Very probable the issue is with your infrastructure. We recommend to check your emailer and/or your provider for the missing emails. Especially t-online is know for it's "aggressive" email removal...

I could not find any of these emails in the spam folder. Only the first reply email gets in my inbox. After a timespan for about 30 minutes the next one gets in my inbox too. Is the timespan between two app suggestions very short, I get nothing.
But the main thing is, your team receive nevertheless all app suggestion anyway. I know the eBlocker OS is not the reason.
I use GMX via Thunderbird, could be that there is a problem between.
To be sure there is no issue on our side, I'd suggest the following:
Send 10 emails, each numbered in the subject "1","2"..., to the know email address. Just one after another.
Then we can double check what we receive and whether you get auto replys for all of then.

I sended the following:
Suggestion for existing app: SwitchBot (ID 5226) - 1 (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10)
I only got one reply email:
Re: appfeedback Suggestion for existing app: SwitchBot (ID 5226) - 1
Nothing in Spam or trash folders.

So the issue of not receiving the email auto-response must be somewhere beyond our scope. I'd suspect some anti-spam "intelligence" with GMX - but that's just a guess...
