I am not an expert or programmer, but I have been using eBlocker for a long time.
I have the eBlocker 2.5.8 latest version in use. Since some time I have the problem that Outlook 365 does not work for my IMAP accounts (GMX, icloud) on my iMac (MacOS 11.2.2).
Analyses have brought no solution so far. Outlook error code 3253 ("The connection to the server failed or was interrupted).
HTTPS -> Secure Connection/APP for Outlook or Office 365 is enabled for many domains. See attachment
I can't find a solution, except I pause the eBlocker for this device. Then the email sending and receiving works.
How can the problem be solved?
eBlocker doesn't actually touch IMAP (it's just passed thru) and I'm using several IMAP severs without any problem. 🤔
We had another user who solved his IMAP issues by setting eBlocker in Individual Network Mode (it seemed to be an issue in combination with his particular router): https://eblocker.org/community/bugs-features/eblocker-on-raspberry-4-at-fritzbox-7490/
