Hello

So far I have never had any problems and have been using the eBlocker successfully for years. Unfortunately I had to make some adjustments after the update like Mac and IP. The blocker does its job well, but unfortunately the Tor service is not working properly. . Unfortunately, everyone can see my IP and location with browser even though Tor is active.
Thanks for help.

Could it be that only the internal service is not working

Kings regards from Switzerland Pit

Hardware you use for running eBlockerOS = white orange box
eBlockerOS version as well as filter lists version = 2.5.6
eBlocker network mode (auto, individual or expert) = automatic IP over MAC reservation from firewall

eBlocker network settings (IP, mask, gateway) 192.168.1.103 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.1 ( Gateway from ZyWall)

eBlocker DNS firewall settings = Extern DNS Server 1.1.1.1 and 9.9.9.9. as in description of you
Client network settings (IP, mask, DNS, gateway) = 192.168.1.72 (DHCP) 255.255.255.0 1925.168.1.1

Whether eBlocker’s https integration is enabled for client = Aktiv

(Sorry that everything shows bold: bug/feature of forum software)

First of all: Please stick to one client and browser to have consisted test data. I'm on Win - so I suggest sticking to FireFox on Windows. Make sure function test (as shown in your screenshot) shows all green in this client/browser.

Have you rebooted your eBlocker? If not, please do so (via settings>system>reboot).

Is IPv6 disabled in your client - and/or router? If not, please disable and retry. (search for "disable IPv6 Win10" if unsure how this works.)

Are you sure network settings are set like attached screenshot?

Do you see the eBlocker icon on HTTPS sites (like www.test.de) or at setup.eblocker.com?

Client network settings (IP, mask, DNS, gateway) = 192.168.1.72 (DHCP) 255.255.255.0 1925.168.1.1

Your above mentioned client (192.168.1.72) is configured to send all IP data straight to the router (Gateway = 192.168.1.1 = router). This is OK if eBlocker is in "automatic network mode" (see screenshot). Then eBlocker should intercept the packages meant to be sent to the router. For the test please make sure eBlocker and client are plugged into the same router/switch (no repeater, bridge etc.).

As a "quick fix" and test: Please set your client to manual/fixed IP with the following settings to force client to route all packets to eBlocker first:

IP: 192.168.1.72

Mask: 255.255.255.0

Gateway: 192.168.1.103

Then retry.
