Hello, I would like to have the possibility to enable certain ports for certain devices.
I use VPN and it would help me a lot if this would work.
I run a web server in my network and I wanted this device to run through the eblocker (and VPN for this device).
My VPN provider has a NAT firewall but it is turned on and blocks everything.
This can not currently be turned off but the provider is currently working on a solution.
I am curious 🙂
Then we would be back to the topic of firewall but that was announced.
I just assume that to a firewall also de port control is added ?
I hope my post was not off topic?
Have a nice day.
Thanks

@andreashamburg Thanks for your thoughts.
What you are looking for is pfsense. eBlocker has a different scope. Please check out the answer to a very similar feature request: https://eblocker.org/community/feature-priorities/increase-blocking-functionality/#post-2035
THX!
Thanks for the hint @random
I have first invested a little more money in the Eblocker (Raspberry Pi 4B with 8 GB Ram / plus heat sink and small fan for continuous use).
Therefore I will stay with the Eblocker for now because investing about 400€ for the pfsense is too much for me for now.
Therefore I have also donated 50 € today.
Who has problems to assemble the Eblocker and install the software.....for a small fee I could take over.
I have a lot of time.
In several larger Facebook group I am admin and have made there advertising for the Eblocker.
Let's see.....maybe we will get some users 🙂
Have a nice evening.
Many greetings
