Hello, first of all, a big thank you for your work. Eblocker has been running smoothly in the background for many years (first as a white cube, now in a virtual machine)!
Now we are slowly starting to address the issue of internet time and parental controls at home.
Our son is allowed to use the family tablet (mainly to check the Home Assistant dashboard), and I've now turned on the parental controls so he can't accidentally end up on websites that aren't suitable for kids. So far, so good.
Now I wanted to limit how long he can use it, but I've run into this problem:
Unfortunately, once the usage time has expired, even the excluded addresses no longer work. However, there is a website where he can practise playing the trumpet, for example. If he feels like practising outside of his allotted time, he should be able to do so, regardless of whether he has used up his usage time or not. I also have a collection of audio plays on a NAS in the local network. This will also no longer be accessible once the usage time has expired.
It would be fantastic if exceptions could be entered when setting the usage time, which would always be accessible from the device. This would also allow us to delay purchasing a smartphone/tablet for our son for a while longer...
Perhaps this could be implemented in one of the following versions?
Best regards
