After some time, I have connected the eBlocker to my network again and last night it also installed the updates. But now I have the problem that on the one hand my iPad no longer opened or updated any apps and emails were not sent. The iPad always said that the eBlocker certificate was not correct. On my Windows notebook, no website opened either and I didn't receive any e-mails either. Then I removed the eBlocker from my network and everything worked again. But I would like to use the eBlocker and the security functions. What do I have to do so that I can still receive emails via Outlook and open apps and websites?
@joergh I would suggest to walk thru the the Setup Instructions again. Especially reinstall the certificate (everywhere!) and set required Trusted Apps and enable the Auto Trust App. And if you feel like reseting to factory settings beforehand that‘s always a good idea, too 😉
