Hello,

I want to use Chatgpt.

If the eblocker is active, this doesn't work. I tested it in different browsers. Only when I pause the Eblocker can I work with Chatgpt. I have already added 'chatgpt.com' to the trusted websites but it doesn't work. No https connection errors are recorded either.

Can someone help me?

@micha Just add the following domains as a Trusted App:

chat.openai.com
api.openai.com

BTW: Trusting chatgpt.com is probably not a good idea as this site is flagged for containing malware!

THX!

Hello and thanks for the answer.

I added both domains as trusted apps but it still doesn't work.
I'm on https://chat.openai.com. Then there is no answer.
If I pause the eblocker, it works.

@micha Sorry, but I can't reproduce any issue with ChatGPT. Just tested it on iPad with active eBlocker:

You are probably using other (non eBlocker standard) or not up-to-date blocking lists that are causing overblocking in your case. I'm very sorry, but I can't help digging in non standard setups.🤷

Good luck finding the cause 🍀

THX!

I still had to add this domain as trustworthy

chatgpt-async-webps-prod-southcentralus-33.webpubsub.azure.com

It works now. 👍

@micha Strange. I'd assume that azure.com is on an individual blocklist you are using. 🤔

I'm using the eBlocker standard lists only and there is definitely no need to add azure.com subdomains for ChatGPT to work.

As I'm a windows user I have also activated the eBlocker standard "Windows" Trusted App - but again: this does definitely not include azure.com:
