On macOS 11.6 I have Mail.app configured to not load automatially remote content into emails. But, if eBlocker is activated, and I click in Mail.app on the button load remote content, images won't be displayed in the email body.

What I have to do in order to get Mail.app working as with no eBlocker?

Client OS
Browser
eBlocker hardware
Client OS version
Browser version
eBlockerOS version

I do not know how to import a certificate into Mail.app. In Preferences panel I do not see a respective switch.

Yes, I did. But Firefox.app != Mail.app.

@facebita Have you added the eBlocker certificate to your macOS keychain?

See https://eblocker.org/docs/how-to-add-the-eblocker-certificate-in-macos/

THX!

I did it. But I do not really know, whether it has solved the issue restlessly.

@facebita Well, this is not really helpful - as in IT there is only 0 and 1. 😉

So, coming back to your original question, you had an email where images were not loading while using macOS mail.app.

Now you have installed the eBlocker certificate in the macOS keyring right? (yes/no)

If yes, then if you open the same email discussed above - does it load images? (yes/no)

If no, please install the certificate, retry and post result.

THX!

@facebita I've discussed your issue with @bpr today - as I'm on Windows only. He suspects that maybe Apple is doing certificate pinning for it's own emails only (treating them differently than all other emails).

Could you please verify if maybe only emails from Apple do not load images - and repeat my previously asked questions specifically with those as well.

THX!
