Hello

A couple of months ago, I published an initial version of tracking blocker lists based on the DuckDuckGo Tracker Radar in the Easylist format suitable for inclusion in the eBlocker.

I've now re-worked these lists and also included changes in the model of the tracker radar such as region-specific lists and CNAME resolution. The result is available at the same place as before: https://github.com/mainzelM/ddg-tr-as-easylist. There, you can also find a detailed description and how to easily include the lists in the eBlocker.

Users of my initial version get updated automatically but I would recommend to switch the list URLs to the new regions (i.e. use "US" instead of "topsites" in the URL) and also to use one of the light/medium/maximum lists instead of the more technically ones.

Feedback is always welcome!

Best regards

Martin

@mainzelM Excellent work - very well done!! 😎 🤩 🤩 🤩

We might consider taking the lists as standard in addition to eBlocker curated lists - maybe with the choice of country for the user. Or even easier: just pre-configured in the blocker lists to simply switch them on/off...

I‘ll put this idea on the agenda for tonights meeting 😀

Thanks much!
