I don't know how it happened, but for a while I could see some information for my devices in the dashboard. Some boxes were visible. Now for two weeks I see nothing. Can someone give me a tip on what to do about this ?

Client OS
Browser
eBlocker hardware
Client OS version
Browser version

Now for two weeks I see nothing

Please take a screenshot of this "nothing" and share here.

Is this happening on iOS only or on other (non iOS) devices as well?

THX!

@random, I haven't seen this either.

@wex, could you please check wether there are any JavaScript errors on the Dashboard page?

Here is how you enable the JavaScript console (if you haven't already):

@wex, could the Dashboard cards simply be hidden?

When you click the triangle in the upper right corner, do you see the names of the cards and what happens if you click a name?

(If a card is hidden the icon in the list changes from an eye to a crossed out eye.)

@wex Here is a screenshot showing what you are looking for:

If Dashboard tiles are hidden and this happened "out of the blue", probably someone with access to your devices has done this purposely...

I only see that when I click on the triangle and nothing else, a few weeks ago everything was still working really well

I will probably have to set the whole thing up again 🙁

@wex To me it seem's you might have restricted the access of the "Parent" using eBlocker's Parental Controls accidentally.

Try to add a new user to Parental Controls and make sure this user has no access restrictions. Then assign one of your devices to the user and check the device's Dashboard (after switching to the new user).

THX!
