My netgear router reports vulnerabilities with eBlocker. Has anyone experienced this?

@tfharper

Hi,

please tell are you running eBlocker in "Automatic" Mode?

What type of Router "Netgear" Model?

Since when is this message shown? After eBlocker Update?

How long do you have eBlocker running in your network?

I believe so, yes.

What type of Router "Netgear" Model?

Orbi RBR850

Since when is this message shown? After eBlocker Update?

Since first install in August.

How long do you have eBlocker running in your network?

Since mid-August

Cheers!

@tfharper

ok thanks for this information. Probably I think the router don't like the "Automatic" Mode (ARP, see how eBlocker works).

I will look at the manual of the router, to find ssomethin to konfigure the Network Mode to "Indiviadual" or "Expert".

See here:

But in this case https://eblocker.org/docs/ then go to Network.

Don't forget to switch IPV6 off.  😉

here the link to the manual of the router:

https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/RBK852/RBK852_UM_EN.pdf

I think it is the best way to switch eBlocker network mode to "Individual" so that eBlocker gives

IP-Addresses in the network; don't forget to switch off the DHCP (Page 63 in Manual) from your router.

please let me know...

@tfharper Just checking back. Have you managed to set your eBlocker to Individual Mode and did this help your Orbi to perform better?

Would be great to get your feedback to update the compatibility list.

THX!
