I am in home-office. I use a remote to an Software as a Service provider. With eBlocker I can't get an connection. The remote ressource is not reachabel. I put the adress on the whitelist, it don't help. I use eblocker with VM. Thank you.
@matten I assume your client is eBlocker HTTPS enabled. Then probably your "remote" app to your SaaS provider uses so called certificate pinning. This collides with eBlocker HTTPS (which is a good sign for security 😉).
To solve, check the Trusted Apps (Settings > HTTPS > Tab Trusted App) and see if your "remote" app is already there (use the search field). Then just enabled the Trusted App.
If there is no pre-defined Trusted App, I'd try to use the Auto Trust App. If this is unsuccessful still, you can record the needed domains manually.
Last: You will get much more focused help if you'd share the info requested in the README. This avoids guessing and back and forth questions.
THX!
