I make my first setup with the RP4 2GB and eBlocker FW2.8. Most everything works great and the menus usability is perfect!!
Right now only one issue:
My eBlocker couldn't set via UPnP the port forwarding for remote/mobile access. I tried to set it manuell, but FritzBox shows eBlocker with the same IP of it self (both 192.168.178.1 ?!)
The eBlocker app shows 192.168.178.75 for the eBlocker, what makes sense.
If I select the eBlocker in the setup, the wrong IP is used in FritzBox port forwarding (picture)
If I set the IP manualy, the FritzBox give a message, that it's already used and couldn't be set!?
So, wrong IPs are displayed to FritzBox and eBlocker, so no port fording is possible??
My VPN connection let me remote manage the eBlocker, but I want to use the mobile secure connection.

BTW: I'd recommend to configure your fritzbox's DHCP server to always serve the same IP address to eBlocker (so it's not changing randomly by chance, breaking the port forwarding).

@random Sorry, for missunderstanding. My english is not the best.
How I mentioned before, the eBlocker IP is already known (192.168.178.75) but the FritzBox don't show them for port forwarding. During setup eBlocker is shown with the FritzBox IP (192.168.178.1)?!
I use a Synology NAS and port forwarding is not that new to me and I already have used it a lot, but in this case there is not a proper IP address for the eBlocker in the FritzBox DHCP?!
The fixed IP option and the UPnP option are both set already.
The FritzBox couldn't handle the IP correct?! Some times 75 some times 1, but both versions could
not be forwarded. (Error Massage that the IP is already used)
I use the VPN option of the FritzBox. Could this cause the problem?
Hi, maybe it helps. I've same constellation up and running.
My eBlocker 2.8 is running in automatic mode, thus network is fully controlled by Fritzbox. Assign a fixed IP for the eBlocker within Fritzbox out of DHCP-range and allow "permit independant port sharing..."(selbst. Portfreigaben erlauben). Maybe you need to restart the eBlocker.
My FB 6591 cable has an DynDNS-setting without any portrestrictions to find it from outside (but it should also work with MyFritz). The Portforwarding is setup with UDP 1194 in both directions.
I've disabled Fritzbox-VPN (because I feel the eBlocker mobile more "handy"). Please check the port of your Fritzbox-VPN against collision with eBlocker mobile.

Hi Det, thanks for reply. I use the FritzBox VPN and many ports for the managed Synology.
I restart both (FritzBox & eBlocker) so the fixed IP in now really fixed. After that I placed my DynDNS address and tried to modify the port, and was successful with the 1190, because the 1194 was already used.
After that, the setup of the OpenVPN was easy and has full function right now.
