System hangs constantly

Since the change to the OpenSource version 2.5.x my box hangs up constantly. The sign comes on the websites, but a VPN is not possible for example. Only after a restart everything works as usual again. This is now already the 3rd time in 5 weeks. Before with version 2.4.x I did not have these problems.
Does anyone have a useful suggestion?

Thanks

hangs up constantly

Next to the detailed infos @pio78 requested please state exactly what „hangs“ means and also „VPN is not possible“ as this is a very broad „description“.

Please describe each step you have taken to reproduce and share screenshots of errors/messages.

THX!

What does "We need more information?
I do not use a "Tor" network, but have a private VNC provider. The data is stored in the eBlocker and has always worked fine until now (before version 2.5.x).

After I updated to the opensource version I can't connect to this network sporadically. There is simply no connection to VNC servers possible. Only after a restart of the eBlocker this VNC works again.

Except for the OS and a reboot, no changes were made to the system.

@theobox Click the link from @pio78, read what's written and post infos here.

And please be exact: VNC or VPN or VIP 🤔 😉

@theobox Just a hint that might solve your issue:

Make sure that your VPN connection (which I assume you mean instead of VNC) is configured to monitor the connection to your VPN provider: „Ping VPN provider“ option needs to be active (where you add the VPN profile to eBlocker).

If that doesn‘t solve the issue please proceed as @random and @pio78 suggested. Without knowledge about your configuration, we can not help... 🤔

Please also report back if above‘s hint helped to cure 😉

Thanks much.
