Hello Team, i have a problem that i can not solve by myself.
My Macbook is the only device that cannot access the Internet and E-Mail for about 3 Days. No change of Software or so. iPad and iPhone works good also on VPN. What can i do?
Here the Infos of my System:
Raspberry Pi 4 Modell B 8GB
eBlocker OS 3.2.3
FilterList 2026-06-23-06-37-08
Networkmode Automatic
IP 10.27.1.5
Mask 255.255.255.0
Gateway 10.27.1.1
Router runs DHCP-Server
IPv6 disabled on Router and eBlocker
DNS Firewall is on
External DNS-Server 1.1.1.1 and 9.9.9.9
Dont know what means „Client network settings“
HTTPS Integration is enabled
Safari 26.5 on MAC OS 14.8.7
No aditional AdBlockers in use
Auto-Trust is enabled
VPN is enabled in eBlocker but not used in this Case
Automatic Updates are enabled
Function Test shows Red Lights
eBlocker.org is not on the HTTPS Trusted Website list
Doctor shows all green lights
Please can you help me?
Edit: When I switch off the eBlocker via Dashboard can i use the Internet but with all the Banners an so.
Reboot everything including eBlockerOS Settings>System>Reboot.
If "Internet down" affects https/ssl connection only then eBlocker's certificate might have expired. Check Settings>HTTPS and/or the System Messages for a notification for a certificate renewal. Then install the new certificate.
You can double check if the issue persists once you deactivate eBlocker HTTPS for your client.
