Since 2021 I no longer receive the newsletter email. There are no spam filters or similar set. The email address has not been changed.
I receive the emails "instructions for bank transfer" and "you have been mentioned in forum post" as usual.
However, this morning I received a request by email to select the newsletter language.
@joe Thanks for the feedback. The infrastructure for newsletters and any other emails are the same - so I wonder what makes the difference. 🤔
Nevertheless, we have an open task (for some time already) among the core team to review our email settings. I'm unfortunately not an email guy and have no idea.
If someone reading this is familiar (and I mean really "familiar = daily business") with settings like DMARC, DKIM, SPF etc. please let me know. I'm happy to share the DMARC logs.
As far as I know we have an idea (well @benne has) which might be a solution/improvement. But without some expert reflecting this, we can end up worse than it's today...

Did some more research and if my records are correct (I assume they are), my last newsletter email is dated 7/9/2020. However, I also see that I received a request for account activation on 7/13/2020 - maybe there was a changeover or I twisted something on that occasion.
Ultimately, it's not about my individual case, but about a possible problem, whereby other subscribers do not receive the newsletter.
I'll wait for the next newsletter to see what happens - I'm now sensitized 🧐
