Hi,
recently, I started with eBlocker. So fare, it looks promising; thanks for the interesting work.
I ran into some problems with Firefox on Android. During my research, I tried to use the vimeo-based videos at removed link
If I try to watch them, vimeo asks me to register/login in
Is it intended or maybe it needs some other configuration on TimF-side? I cross-checked with Firefox 139 and Chromium Version 136.0.7103.113 on a Linux machine.
Also, I paused eBlocker for this device to see if it had an influence. I could see any change removed link
Thanks,
hsphh
I fully agree to what @random said: The problem is not caused by eBlockerOS.
Nevertheless, if you feel the issue is related to eBlockerOS, please state clearly how to reproduce the issue step by step.
Here are some hints on what we need to help you quickly: https://eblocker.org/community/announcements/before-posting-here-please-read/#post-117
@benne , @random, thanks for your replies. I think, my description produced some misunderstanding.
In the Forum at https://eblocker.org/en/docs/help-videos-in-german/ you link to "Help Video in German". There is a link to the User TimF at Vimeo ( removed link ).
In order to watch the videos at vimeo for getting more support information about eB you need to register at vimeo there.
Do you intended to watch the eB support videos with or without registration at vimeo?
Hope that can clarify my concern,
hsphh
Now I get you. It's about the old eBlocker help videos on vimeo. 💡
For your background: The videos are about 10 years old. It was a private pursue of Tim (an eBlocker support at that time) and not a company endeavor.
Since then the videos were not touch or updated. If vimeo asks for a login to view them meanwhile - well, then we have to deal with it.
Nevertheless, we'll take your confusion to state more clearly in the docs that the videos are outdated and should be consumed with a grain of salt at least...
Thanks for letting us know.

I've just updated the link to the videos in this sense. Thanks everyone!
