Just like in the main thread regarding YouTube Ads, I am still getting ads for YouTube even though I have eBlocker set as my DNS server and I have all ad blocking lists enabled. And all google services have been disabled in the trusted apps section. And I made sure that my device passes the function tests. Is there something else I am doing wrong here? I have some photos attached. I come from Pi-Hole and AdGuard Home so I am not used to this but I looked at the other threads and did what was recommended there and I still have ads. Any suggestions are appreciated. Tested with websites such as the theverge.com and YouTube.com.
First of all you need to enable the VideoAd Blocker: https://eblocker.org/en/docs/video-ads-and-content-blocker/
Then make sure eBlocker's certificate is correctly installed in your browser: Check the Function Test in the Dashboard to show all green. If you are using that browser you should see the eBlocker icon on youtube. If no icon is shown it's not gonna work! (Check your HTTPS Trusted Websites for "youtube" then).
Attention: The very first ad of a video session is always shown. All subsequent videos of the same session should be ad free.
Last: Try Safari or other non Google browsers if this fails. BTW: Chrome is known for lot's of tricks and not a good idea if you value your privacy...
Hope this helps.

@random Already checked and the video filter was already enabled. And all the certificate tests passed correctly. I tried rebooting my pi and it seems like it's working more reliably now but I will have to get back on that.
Will try with safari but in Chrome sometimes the filtering fails and ads leak through. There are even cases where ads play and the eBlocker icon is visible. I have a photo of that attached below. And it's not just this website there are others. Sometimes when I visit sites like theverge.com and scroll down to a random article, I see ads at the bottom even though the icon is visible.
Also sometimes I randomly get an issue saying where it fails "the device is monitored" check and I don't know why when it worked just fine before. I have a photo of that too. But when I got the YouTube ad it passed all checks so I don't know why that happened.
We found the issue of your problems in the other thread: IPv6 is not disabled on your router. Hence IPv6 packets will leak / by-passing eBlocker and cause the effects discussed above and in the other thread.
I consider this topic closed therefore. Please follow the steps discussed in the other thread.
If disabling IPv6 is impossible on your router and unless you are a tech geek, I'd recommend to wait for the IPv6 beta release of eBlockerOS in a few weeks.

@random For this case, the ads leaked through on a MacBook even though I have IPv6 set to link local only and I removed all DNS entries for IPv6 according to the guide. And my MacBook fails the IPv6 test, indicating that IPv6 traffic isn't going through. So I think it has to be a different issue as in this case, the ads are leaking through on a MacBook where IPv6 has been successfully disabled.
@jimmysofat6864 Sorry, but unless IPv6 is properly disabled on your router I'm unable to investigate this case further.
Your screenshot above show's IP leakage of some kind (ie. IP packets by-passing eBlocker):
This is the cause for the problems you are facing.
Unfortunately I can not spend more of my time to this case as the prerequisite (IPv6 fully disabled) is not yet meet. And I'm very sorry I can not help with macOS.
THX!
@jimmysofat6864 This is just to let you know that we've released eBlockerOS 3 with IPv6 support. This version should solve your ads issue instantly.
