Since the update to eBlockerOS 3.0.1, I can't find the backup file made by Settings/System/Backup in the download folder. This is true for my iPad and my iMac. Last time I made a backup was November 12th and had no problem then. Tried it several times and downloaded files from various internet sites, just to make sure that the download-location was unchanged. As always, I can't exclude my own errors 😉

@robf No worries. There is a known issue with 3.0.1 preventing new backups being generated. But you can restore old backups still.
A fix is under development and will be released early next year. See here for other eOS3 related issues: https://eblocker.org/community/bugs-features/eblockeros-3-ipv6-feedback-thread/
Happy Christmas to you.🎅🎄

Hello dear community
Where is a backup saved to in > System > "Save settings"?
When I click on the button, a "spinning top" appears briefly and then nothing happens.
If I then click on "Restore settings", an Explorer window opens with the path "C:\Users\thomas\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\IE\PLNGMSW8" but without a backup file. The search does not find an *.eblcfg file in the entire C: drive.
Thank you

The fix in eOS 3.0.2 is currently being tested and will be released soon. Please stay tuned.
