Dear community,
since a couple of days, eBlocker Mobile stopped working. Only eBlocker reboot is fixing the issue, however I need to restart every day the eBlocker in the morning to get the eBlocker Mobile function working.
I did not changed anything on my network or on my eBlocker Mobile settings prior getting that issue.
Does anybody experience the same behavior?

Could you please go more into detail what this means. i.e. describe in detail what you are trying to do and which error you are getting. Screenshots are great so we see what you see.
For eBlocker Mobile also the OpenVPN log (available in your OpenVPN client) is helpful. Please also share which DynDNS provider you are using as this is a common source of issues.

thanks for your swift reply and asking for details!
Im using OpenVPN connection to e-Blocker as soon I'm leaving my home network (via phone in the LTE network or while using my phone in public WLAN). Then, I'm activating the VPN with OpenVPN.
Setting for the eBlocker Mobile are default acc. to eBlocker standard configuration given by the eBlocker setup wizard. The dynamic DNS is set to eBlocker standard in the eBlocker mobile settings. There are two DNS server set in eBlocker: 1.1.1.1 and 9.9.9.9.
Here the OpenVPN log file:
While I'm writing this to you, the OpenVPN is again not connecting indicating that "There was an error attempting to connect to selected server". Today, and the days before, I had the same message. After restarting the e-Blocker it worked again, but obviously, always only for a while since now again not until I will restart the eBlocker.
Hope I could gave you all necessary information for a root cause analysis.

The log shows two issues:
1. The eBlocker dnyDNS demo server had issues resolving the domain name to reach your home. This has been fixed and monitoring got improved. Hint: If you rely on eBlocker Mobile we recommend not to use the demo server but rather a commercial dynDNS service with guaranteed uptime.
2. Now dynDNS is fixed the client connects correctly but the connection is dropped instantly again - with no visible reason. 🤔 Could you please email the Diagnosis Report (Settings > System > Diagnosis Report) to support at eBlocker.org for further investigation.

Unfortunately, I can not find any errors regarding OpenVPN in the log files.
When the connection problems occur, what is the status in eBlocker Settings / eBlocker Mobile? Is it still enabled?
yes - it's still enabled.
today in the morning it didn't worked again.
Today I didn't restarted, but I disabled the eBlocker Mobile in Settings and enabled it right after. It works now since then.
I will monitore and in case issues starts again, I will indicate.

@bonycb I would mark this thread solved, if eBlocker Mobile is stable now after the „on/off“ switch.
Nevertheless, we‘ll keep an eye on the issue if other users experience something similar.

Hello, since today 21.04.22 eblocker mobile fails in connecting randomly or looses connection to eblocker.
Checking functionality of eblocker mobile by login always confirms that eblocker can be accessed by external access.
Similar experience from other users?
