Hello everyone,
for me it's not possible to agree to the license agreement. IP settings are correct. It doesn't matter, if DHCP or static IP is selected. I can see on the fw log, that eblocker does some DNS queries, Pings and HTTPs queries and everything is accepted (nothing blocked).
I just installed the latest version. Who can help?
Who can help?
@adhater Often the forum helps. Have you checked these posts for instance?
BTW: There is a search function in the right hand side bar...
THX!
Hello Random, of course i searched before and read already these posts. But i still have no solution. As i mentioned already my eblocker IS ONLINE as I can see the queries on my firewall...
@adhater I'm happy to help individually if you could please share the info asked here:
https://eblocker.org/community/announcements/before-posting-here-please-read/#post-117
This saves a lot of ping pong questions and helps to pinpoint the issue in your setup easily.
BTW: I guess your input "eBlockerOS 2.1" is just a typo and 2.10.x is correct? We'll find out once you've provided the info above 👍😉
THX!
Hallo Rendom,
yes, 2.1 is a typo, 2.10 is correct
- Hardware you use for running eBlockerOS --> Raspberry Pi 4, 2GB RAM
- eBlockerOS version as well as filter lists version --> 2.10; none
- eBlocker network mode (auto, individual or expert) --> all tried, current is expert
- eBlocker network settings (IP, mask, gateway), 192.168.14.99/24, GW 192.168.14.1
- Which devices runs DHCP server? Router/external, eBlocker or client fixed IP? --> fixed IP
- IPv6 disabled for client/network? --> ipv6 is disabled
- eBlocker DNS firewall settings --> DNS is 1.1.1.1
- Client network settings (IP, mask, DNS, gateway) --> see above
- Whether eBlocker’s https integration is enabled for client --> idk
- Client browser and OS version (i.e. FireFox 80.1 running on macOS 13.4) --> All Browsers in current versions
- Additional non default Blockers enabled? (like DuckDuckGo, Consent-Blocker, custom lists etc.) --> varies on the browser 😉
- HTTPS Auto Trust App enabled? --> idk
- Exact way or a link / screenshot to reproduce the issue --> n. removed link
- If VPN or Tor is enabled for the client in eBlocker (and which VPN provider you are using) --> no VPN, no TOR
- Are automatic updates enabled? --> n. removed link
- Please use a meaningful title & description other users with same issue would enter as search term
Client network settings (IP, mask, DNS, gateway) --> see above
I'm not sure where you had shared your client IP settings. 🤔 "Client" is the device you are using to reach eBlocker. You've only shared the settings of your eBlocker but not of your client as far as I can tell.
Just to make sure: You are not using any DHCP server (nor in your router/firewall nor in eBlocker), right? This means you have assigned all your IP settings for all devices manually (especially for router/firewall/eBlocker/client), right?
Please share a screenshot of the eBlocker Network settings.
Can you please check the eBlocker Doctor (Settings>Doctor) and also take a screenshot of what is said there.
To validate the routing from your client please follow this for macOS: https://eblocker.org/en/docs/check-the-network-connection-with-macos/ and take a screenshot.
Please share all screenshots here.
Additional non default Blockers enabled? (like DuckDuckGo, Consent-Blocker, custom lists etc.) --> varies on the browse
I don't understand the answer. The question is regarding the eBlocker settings (Settings > Blocker) and the client you are using for accessing it (please stick to one client until we see what's going wrong - and answer all questions in regard of this client). The blockers are assigned per client device.
Last: if you are sharing links please share them with "subdomain dot domain dot TDL slash ..." . Otherwise the forum software will remove the links for new users to avoid spamming. Unfortunately this can not be disabled. But you can share documents, text, screenshot etc. here - so linking to someplace else is not the best way to go (also for other readers having the same issue).
THX!
