With your post please always report

Hardware you use for running eBlockerOS
-> MACBOOK PRO with WINDOWS 10

eBlockerOS version as well as filter lists version
-> eBlockerOS version, 2.9.1, eBlocker blocking lists version 2022-06-08-12-58-25

eBlocker network mode (auto, individual or expert)
-> expert

Which devices runs DHCP server? Router/external, eBlocker or client fixed IP?
-> eBlocker

IPv6 disabled for client/network?
-> disabled

Client browser and OS version (i.e. FireFox 80.1 running on macOS 13.4)
-> FireFox 101.0 and 97

My problem is that I cannot use Zoom on my work computer. I have the domains: zoom.us and eu01.web.zoom.us and also zoom registered as a trusted app. Nevertheless, zoom - error code 104101 cannot establish connections. If I pause the eBlocker it works fine... What can I do? What have I overlooked. I have searched here in the forum for "Zoom" - so far nobody had this problem???

Another problem I'm having right now is with "Windows Security" - I keep having to enter my password for my MS Exchange. Also, or even more so, when I then disable eBlocker (for Zoom), "Windows Security" whines and wants username and password again so I can retrieve my mails from the employer's server....

Thanks a lot!

I cannot use Zoom on my work computer

That‘s very strange. I use Zoom & eBlocker almost daily without any issues 🤔

I have the pre-defined trusted app zoom.us enabled and also added zoom.ada.support for some additional help pages, if I remember right.

Same with Windows - works without any problems. I have the Windows trusted app enabled.

In addition I have the Auto Trust App enabled, you maybe want to try out as well.

Good luck 🍀

@eblocker-fan Do you have eBlocker HTTPS enabled on your Win client at all?

Do you have VPN or Tor enabled on eBlocker or are you using some client side VPN on your work computer?

Do you see the eBlocker icon on most of the websites when using Firefox and(!) when using Internet Explorer/Edge?

Has Zoom/Windows worked at all in the past (and the issue appeared out of the blue recently)?

Please take a screenshot of the Function Test tile in the Dashboard and also run the eBlocker Doctor (on the Win client in question). Share the results here.

Do you have another Windows computer and does it show the same issues?

Remark: Generally Zoom & Windows works well for me too (same as @benne said), so this must be something specific to your setup.

Please answer my questions above and we take it from there.

THX!

And also a good question is: is this your private Mac with Win10 Installation or a company one?

The part with the windows security is a bit strange and pointing into a company installation direction...

🙂

Regards

Sven

I guess I found the error. Zoom runs through a data protection compliant server ... and not directly through zoom. I've added this now - that's why it works well 🙂 video4connect is it! Thanks!

I‘m not sure what this means🤔. Could you please explain more verbosely so other users having the same issue can solve this too.

Could you solve your windows login issues as well - and if so, how?

THX!
