On my iPhone I use Safari or DuckDuckgo for Internet search. Since 8 weeks the search reacts with "... Server not found...".
When iPhone was deactivated on dashbord the search could happen.
Configuration profile was added. Certificate was activated. No change in behavior. HTTPS was also activated in eBlocker, no change. EBlocker is attached to a Fritz Box 7590.
@hartmut If you can reach the eBlocker Dashboard on your iPhone, please run a Function Test (there is a tile in the Dashboard) and also run the eBlocker Doctor (in the eBlocker Settings) on the iPhone. Make sure your iPhone is connected to your WLAN (of course) and share the results here.
If you can't reach the Dashboard from from your iPhone or the Function Test shows red signs, please share your setup details as described here: https://eblocker.org/community/announcements/before-posting-here-please-read/#post-117

@Hartmut
Thanks for the tip. I ran the test. More than one time but today I got a good result (which is indeed bad). Yesterday I found under messages a note that for over 30 days an update was not performed. I did this and suddenly my environment was working.
Today I checked my IT environment again but still not working and also the PC (WIN10) did not get any Internet. PC normally was working with the eBlocker
where the apple iPhones, iPad was not.
Here is now the print out from iPad where you can see that the eBlocker has now two IP-addresses. Test result for PC and iPad the same.
Kind regard
Hartmut
White cube, eBlocker: 3.2.3;
eBlocker -> Doctor is not working.
eBlocker -> Doctor is not working.
Screenshot or clear description what this means please.
Two IPs are OK as one IP is the emergency address, the other is for your LAN.
The different states in the Function Test indicate that sometime traffic is by-passing eBlocker. I'd suggest to switch to Individual Network Mode. This ensures all traffic is routed via eBlocker. See here: https://eblocker.org/en/docs/eblocker-individual-network-setting/
Also, if your comment above "TOR Network" means it's enabled, please disable Tor until everything runs smoothly again.
