Hi together,

a run first a 7850, everything was perfect. Now I own a neu router 7530ax with a lan-bridge e3000.

I run a fresh install of eblocker an my raspy. Now the problem is, that the ip of the eblocker is changing from x.x.x.38 sometimes to x.x.x.1 and back. I tried to setup the connection as expert. Blocker to x.x.x.38 and DHCP extern. Portforwarding does not work out of the box but wenn I do it then manually. But the the https doesn't work correct, Dashboard, VPN, etc.

Is there a way to get eblocker running?

Now when I run a clean new install the blocker gets the ip from the router x.x.x.1.

I thought I will let eblocker do the DHCP job. But now when I start the Blocker I cannot change the router to no DHCP...

Client OS
Browser
eBlocker hardware

@zieht_hurras Honestly, I‘m quite mixed up by your description as I don‘t understand what the core issue is. IP/routing issues, eBlocker Mobile port forwarding, https, DHCP? 🤔

I would suggest to do a factory reset (Settings > System > Reset) and start all over following the Setup Instructions closely

In case you get stuck, please state clearly what‘s going wrong at the first place. With your issue report make sure to answer all questions from the README.

It might also be helpful to write the report in your native language first and rather use a translator like deepl.com. Otherwise we risk to get lost in translation which raises even more confusion…😵‍💫

THX!

@zieht_hurras No need worry. This is normal if eBlocker is in Automatic Network Mode. eBlocker‘s IP for port forwarding is ...27. BTW: eBlocker’s IP (for port forwarding) is always shown in the Dashboard.

Background: The screenshots from your router only show that eBlocker also catches all IP packets that are meant to be sent to the router .1. So this is all correct so far. (for more background check the „How eBlocker works“ page).

Again, I suggest you follow the instructions closely. I.e. Make sure eBlocker is setup correctly (only green checkmarks in Function Test) before you touch advanced features (like port forwarding for eBlocker Mobil).

In case you have further question, again, please answer the questions from the README. Otherwise at least I can not help any further.

THX!

now everything looks fine.

Did everything again.

Don't know what went wrong. The only thing which is not working is to get access to other devices like my NAS via eblocker mobile. It worked on my old router. Can you help me please?

Maybe check the forum (ie. here https://eblocker.org/community/main-forum/no-access-to-home-devices-via-vpn/ or here https://eblocker.org/community/?wpfin=tag&wpfs=eBlocker%20Mobile )

If this doesn't help, I repeat myself for the third time now:
