Troubleshooting checklist

In case you are facing issues activating eBlocker Mobile, please check out the following questions:

  • Is the eBlocker Mobile feature activated?
  • Has port forwarding been set correctly in your router?
  • Is the VPN profile updated? If necessary, download the VPN profile again and store it in the client.
  • Is the OpenVPN client supported? Pay attention to messages that appear in the client.
  • Is the eBlocker DNS service activated?
  • Still not working? Then re-install the eBlocker Mobile feature – and follow setup instructions closely.
