Verify if you have stored the eBlocker certificate in your operation system as well.
For some virus scanners you have to deactivate the virus scanner function “SSL Scanning” or “HTTPS Scanning”.
Here some examples:
Avast
- Open the settings
- Click on “Components”
- Click on “Customize” next to “Web Shield”
- Untick the box next to “Enable HTTPS scanning”
Avira (Mail Protection)
- Open the settings
- Click on Start > Settings > System > Apps & features
- Perform right mouse click on “Avira Antivirus” > Modify > Next
- Remove the check-mark from “Mail Protection” and click Next until finish.
Bitdefender
- Open the settings
- Click on “View Module”
- Click on “Web Protection”
- Turn off “Scan SSL”
ESET
- Open the settings
- Press now the F5 key for the “Advanced setup”
- Click on “Web und E-Mail”
- Click on “SSL/TLS” to expaned the settings
- Click on the slider to deactivate the function
- Click on OK
Older ESET products
- Open the settings
- Press now the F5 key for the “Advanced setup”
- Click on “Web und E-Mail”
- Clock on Protocol Filtering” to expand the settings
- Click on “SSL”
- Select “Do not scan SSL protocol” aus
- Click on OK
GData (Email check)
- Open Einstellungen
- Click on “AntiVirus”
- Click on”Email check”
- Deaktivate “Check SSL connections”
- Click on OK
Kaspersky
- Open the settings
- Click on “Additional”
- Click on “Network”
