eBlockerOS 2.8.2: November 10th 2021 #
With this release we have deployed the first version of Scriptlet support. A mayor new technology with many advantages. This brings exciting new features: Ad Blocker improvements to block ads in videos (such as YouTube) and also hiding first party ads. In addition first party fingerprinting is deactivated to avoid this invasive tracking technique. And a new Doctor feature is here to help diagnosis where to improve eBlocker’s configuration for all your devices.

- Added Scriptlet technology adapted from uBlock Scriptlets – bringing advanced video ad blocking and anti-fingerprinting to all devices
- Added eBlocker Doctor feature to help configuration diagnosis and improvement
- Improved Block/allow domains dashboard cards show the user/device they are applied to
- Improved Device Cloaking feature is using the latest User Agents to blend in to the masses better
- Improved Last HTTPS communication failures are shown first now
- Fixed Personal Device Firewall: Recorded domains are now completely removed after 24 hours
- Fixed When pausing a device fails the device now doesn’t get into an invalid state anymore
- Fixed When using eBlocker Mobile the Dashboard and Settings can be reached using http://eblocker.box URL
- Fixed eBlocker Function Test now works when used via eBlocker Mobile
